Web recruiting is becoming more and more popular, even
though it has its definite drawbacks. Big job search sites are expensive, don't
screen their applicants and inundate potential employers with resumes from all over with
little or no qualifications for the job advertised. While our friends in the Human
Resource industry align themselves with these sites, Staffing For Success has always taken
pride in being a small, local company. We feel that this is to the advantage of our
clients because of the quick, flexible service we can provide based on an individual
client's need.
In keeping with our mission statement we are now offering
our own version of on line resources for our present clients and other professionals that
may be interested in our services. We will post highlights from the careers of our
best applicants with links to their resumes, with their permission, on this web site and
update them frequently. When a recruiter goes on line to post an ad on a web site he
or she can also check to see if there is someone currently available on our site.
Our pool will not be as large as the international sites', but you will find some pluses:
- Everyone on the site is pre-screened,
recommended by former employers, and only the very best of our applicants.
- All applicants are local to your area.
- We won't send you a lot of unqualified resumes that take
time to sort through.
- Our service is free to both employers and
applicants.
- We can recruit for you using other methods.
- We can post your opening for no charge on our web site.

this site in order to maintain the best possible service to our clients and
