How Our Employment Service Works
Staffing For Success provides its services to
applicants free of charge. We use a 3-part screening process to find our
employees. Applicants first fill out a pre-application either on line or in one of
our offices. Then we check references to get more information and learn a potential
employee's strengths and weaknesses. The third part of the process is the complete
application, safety documentation, testing and an interview. So, before we bring
someone in to fill out the bulk of the paperwork, we already know a lot about them, and
the interview helps us to decide where the best placement will be, as well as to evaluate
interviewing skills before we send applicants out. We do this because we value your
time, and only hire applicants who can best represent Staffing For Success. This
unfortunately means that we can't find work for everyone that comes into our offices, but
it also means that our clients trust us to send qualified people, and consequently we have
great relationships with client companies working with us. It also means our
employees are more satisfied with the jobs we send them on because we can choose companies
we would enjoy working for ourselves.
